He oversaw the first-ever company conversion from Prudential Real Estate to Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate in Newport Beach, California—then led the historic transition of Prudential Maui Realtors into Berkshire Hathaway Maui Properties, establishing the very first Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Hawai‘i. Since 2014, he has expanded the firm’s footprint across the major Hawaiian Islands through Berkshire Hathaway Maui and Hawai‘i Island Properties, now comprising approximately 40 full-time agents and representing billions of dollars in closed transactions.

As Co-Owner and Broker-in-Charge, Alex leads the Berkshire Hathaway Hawai‘i Luxury and Resort Properties International Divisions, focusing primarily on high-value listings and strategic negotiations.
